Selective solid medium, according to Mossel, for the isolation and identification of Bacillus cereus from food samples according to ISO standards 7932 and 21871. This medium needs add 100 mL of Egg Yolk Sterile Emulsion (Art. No. 06-016) and 100 mg/L of Polymyxin B (Art. No. 06-021LYO1).
