DIGITAL DENSITY METERS
Density meters provide density and concentration measurements of pharmaceutical products, chemicals, and petrochemicals.rA density meter is a measuring device that determines the 'density' (?), which is the ratio of mass m to volume V. It is measured in g/cm³ or kg/m³. Due to thermal expansion, the density of a substance strongly depends on its temperature.rAdditionally, the relative or specific density as well as the true or apparent density can be determined. The relative or specific density is the ratio of the density of a substance to the density of a specific reference material. In most cases, density is related to the density of water at 4 °C. The true density is the density of a substance that is obtained when the vacuum mass is divided by the substance's volume. It is independent of external conditions, such as buoyancy in air or gravity.
