Cellulose extraction thimbles, standard and for Soxhlet
The extraction thimbles are made of high-purity alpha cellulose linters. Usually used with the Soxhlet extraction technique, for extractions of lipid compounds, from solid and semi-solid samples by means of solvents. Diameter tolerance ± 3 mm, and ± 10 mm height tolerance. Wall thickness of 1.5 mm and ashes content less than 0.2%. The thimble range is completed with models fitted to automated Soxhlet extractor manufacturers
