Delivery Service

The Scharlab website provides details of the products available in stock at the Scharlab Philippines warehouse.

For in-stock products, the usual delivery time within MANILA AND METRO MANILA is 24–72 hours, depending on the customer’s location.
If you are located outside this area, you can check the delivery timeframe by writing to infophilippines@scharlab.ph.

If you require the product immediately, you can place your order using our URGENT SERVICE by sending an email to infophilippines@scharlab.ph, specifying “URGENT SERVICE” in the subject line.
For urgent orders received to ensure same-day dispatch, a special process is initiated, prioritising the preparation and printing of the delivery note for your order. This process incurs an additional cost of €30.
