Reaction systems

Our team of engineers has developed a system that combines your reactions with benchtop glass reactors within a single workstation. With a wide range of interchangeable reactors of different capacities, from 500 mL to 10 L, this system is the ideal choice for configuring and scaling up reactions efficiently.

Characteristics of pre-configured reactors systems

Flexible configuration

Thanks to the design, you can easily adjust the system to adapt it to any project. Moreover, with additional accessories, you can use reactors with different DN joint sizes, which further increases their versatility.

Excellent results

Our glass reactors have been shown to deliver outstanding results for a range of different chemical reactions, from polymerisations to bio-reactions.

They are also ideal for concentrating and distilling temperature-sensitive chemicals, enzymes, proteins, vitamins and aromatic compounds, and can be adapted to perform other specific processes.

Easy to interchange

Reactors can be changed quickly and easily, without using any tools. Reactor vessels are available in capacities from 500 mL to 10 L and are compatible with different sized DN joints using the appropriate accessories.

Strength and stability

The sturdy stand is high resistance with two or even three stainless steel rods for extra stability designed for daily use.

Universal compatibility

Our system is compatible with all leading brands of mechanical rod stirrers, and the stirrer coupling is self-aligning, so no additional tools are required.

Safety guaranteed

The system is dimensioned so that it comfortably fits inside a laboratory fume hood, ensuring a safe working environment.

Our pre-configured reactors system is the essential tool your laboratory needs to perform a wide range of chemical reactions efficiently and safely.
