CULTURE MEDIA PREPARATION UNIT
Culture media preparation units are designed to prepare and autoclave agar in a single process, producing more media in less time. The units are similar to autoclaves, as they feature an internal mixer to mix the powdered agar with the right amount of water and then sterilise it. Any supplements and antibiotics required can be added in subsequent steps.
