AIR SAMPLERS

Air samplers are portable equipment that absorb air to perform quality control tests in critical spaces from a microbiological, particulate, contaminant, etc., perspective. The most common method in laboratories and microbiologically sensitive spaces is to use a Petri dish with a culture medium placed inside the sampler, where the air absorbed by the equipment will collide at a certain speed, so the particles and microorganisms are retained on the dish. The dishes are then incubated to allow any colonies of bacteria to grow and therefore determine the air quality in the given location.
