- Stammopur 24. Slightly alkaline solution, pH 9,4 (1%).Simultaneous intensive cleaning and disinfection, residue-free rinsing, neutral scent. Very gentle to material, anticorrosive. Free from aldehydes, chlorine and phenols. Extended endurance of the used solution: 3 days. Bactericidal (incl. Tb-B.), fungicidal, virucidal against Vaccinia, BVDV, influenca virus, H5N1, HBV, HCV, HIV. Mildly alkaline, pH 9,4 (1 %), dosage 1 %, 15min (with ultrasound). Contamination: general contamination, biofilms, soot, pigments, oil- and fat-containing residues etc. Objects to be cleaned can be glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous-, precious- and light metals, instruments, pipettes, respirators, protective goggles etc.r- Tickopur R 60. Intensive cleaner, without phosphate. Alkaline, pH 12,8 (1 %), dosage 2 to 20 %, 1 to 10min. Contamination: coking residues, resinous residues, soot, pigments, grease, oil, wax, silicone oil, coloured fog, drilling-, grinding-, polishing- and lapping residues. Objects to be cleaned can be glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, steel, stainless steel. Not for light metals, tin and zinc!r- Tickopur R 27. Special cleaner based on phosphoric acid, anticorrosive, acid, pH 1,9 (1 %), dosage 5 %, 1 to 10 min. Contamination: heavy mineral residues like lime, silicate, phosphate, rust, cement, temper colours, metal oxides, grease and oil films etc. Objects to be cleaned can be glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, steel, stainless steel, precious metals. Not for light and non-ferrous metals, tin and zinc!r- Tickopur RW 77. Special cleaner with ammonia, without phosphate, gentle to material, mildly alkaline, pH 9,9 (1%), dosage 5%, 1 to 10min. Contamination: resinous residues, soot, grease, oils, waxes, pigments, coloured fog, silicone oils, flux media, oxides on copper, brass, bronze and precious metals. Objects to be cleaned can be glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous- and precious metals, analysis sieves. Caution with light metals!r- Tickopur R 30. Neutral cleaner - gentle cleaning, anticorrosive, neutral, pH 7, dosage 1 to 5%, 1 to 10min. Contamination: light drilling-, grinding-, polishing- and lapping residues, dust, soot, oily and greasy residues etc. Objects to be cleaned can be glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous-, precious- and light metals.r- Tickopur J 80 U. Deoxidation with tarnish protection, ready for use, cyanide-free, acid, pH 1,5. Application only in insert beakers! Application with ultrasonic: < 30s. Contamination: layers of oxides and sulfides, flux. Objects to be cleaned can be precious metals and their alloys, copper, bronze, brass.r- Tickopur TR 7. Universal cleaner. Demulsifying, mildly alkaline, pH 8,9 (1 %). Application 0,1 to 5%, 1 to 10min. Contamination: fat, oil, wax, pigments, flux, soldering pastes, drilling-, grinding-, polishing- and lapping residues. Objects to be cleaned can be metal, glass, ceramic, plastics, rubber etc.r- Tickopur R 33. Universal cleaner anticorrosive for laboratory, service and industry, gentle cleaning, mildly alkaline, pH 9,9 (1 %), dosage 1 to 5%, 1 to 10min. Contamination: general contamination, oily and greasy residues, soot, ink, drilling-, grinding-, polishing- and lapping residues etc. Objects to be cleaned can be glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous-, precious- and light metals, sieves, pipettes, respirators, PC-boards, glasses. Caution with tin and zinc!r- Tickopur TR 14. Flux remover. Free of organic solvents, tenside-free - non-foaming, alkaline, pH 10,7 (1 %). Application 10%, 30 to 180s. Contamination: resinous flux, soldering pastes, ionic- and non-ionic residues, drilling-, grinding-, polishing- and lapping residues, fingerprints, fat, oil etc. Objects to be cleaned can be printed circuit boards, printed-board assemblies, soldering frames, electronic components and assemblies, parts made of metal, glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber etc.
