Mobile phase filters
Stainless steel filters. Protect the system from small particles of the mobile phase. The filters are made of 316 stainless steel and PEEK or PTFE and are suitable for use with most eluents.rrIn the Last Drop® Filter the filter surface lies parallel on the container bottom allowing the maximum use of the liquid. A conventional mobile phase filter begins to draw air into the system when there remains less than 10% of mobile phase inside the vessel. The Last Drop® filter allows solvent dispensing without introducing air bubbles until there remains only 2% of the solvent. It can be connected to 1/8' O.D. tube of any HPLC pump thanks to its terminal that accepts tubes of 1.5, 2.2 or 3.5mm I.D. The filter body is made of Teflon, the adaptable PEEK terminal and the filter can be of stainless steel, PTFE or polypropylene. The PP filter is suitable for phases with a high water content.r
